The Role: Executive Support Coordinator
The City: Palo Alto CA (hybrid)
The Money: $80k base Bonus Benefits

The DaytoDay:
- Support multiple executives with calendar travel and expense coordination
- Assist with project and operations management across firm initiatives
- Help plan internal meetings offsites and events
- Support special projects that touch every corner of the organization
