Job Title Maintenance Mechanic (FDIC)
Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services has an immediate need for Maintenance Mechanic in Washington DC & Arlington VA MondayFriday 7am3pm (subject to change) This position is covered by the CBA for Local 99
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct a routine assessment of the building systems operations for both DC and Virginia locations.
- Perform tests tours and analyzes data to assure the proper operation of building machinery.
- Candidate will perform minor repairs preventive maintenance and service requests on building equipment machinery and components located in the interior or exterior of the building.
Qualifications:
- 3 6 years experience in a commercial environment.
- Current CFC Universal License
- Must be able to work any shift assigned
- Must be to work weekends.
- Must be able to work overtime.
- Must be able to work safely.
- Must be a selfstarter.
- Must be willing to adhere to company policies.
Physical Demands:
- Work requires an abundance of walking bending kneeling and working in uncomfortable positions.
