Dataseat (now part of Verve) was founded in 2019 by two industry veterans who wanted to solve some of the biggest challenges in the industry: giving app developers and agencies the tools to take programmatic advertising inhouse with complete control and transparency and leverage programmatic as a strategic advantage. The company provides a Bidder or DSP as a service to App marketers to inhouse programmatic media buying for user acquisition and reengagement as well as SDKs for gaming companies to use for cross promo and direct deals. Who You Are
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our expansion efforts within the thriving European mobile advertising market. Based in London you will be instrumental in building and growing Dataseats presence by acquiring new brand and agency partnerships across the region. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in mobile advertising sales.
This is a hybrid position with three days per week in our London office.
What You Will Do
Take full ownership of the European territory developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets
Proactively identify prospect and onboard new brands and advertising agencies to expand Dataseats client base
Cultivate and maintain strong longterm relationships with key decisionmakers at agencies and brands throughout Europe
Conduct indepth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends competitive dynamics and growth opportunities within the European mobile advertising ecosystem
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the unique nuances of the European market
Serve as a subject matter expert on Dataseats mobile advertising solutions effectively communicating their value proposition to clients
Provide accurate sales forecasts reports and insights to senior management
Work closely with internal teams including product marketing and operations to ensure seamless client onboarding and campaign
What You Will Bring
57 years of sales experience and a strong background of at least 35 years in appfocused mobile advertising
Deep understanding of the mobile advertising landscape including DSPs ad networks and related technologies particularly within the app ecosystem
Demonstrated experience selling into the European market (London focused) with a strong understanding of regional nuances and cultural sensitivities
Proven ability to proactively identify and close new business opportunities
Exceptional sales negotiation and closing skills with a track record of exceeding sales targets
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field
Willingness to travel within Europe as required
