Job Description

Job Title: Responsible Individual Childrens Residential Services


Location: Billingham Stocktonon Tees
Salary:per annum
Working Hour: Fulltime


Service: Childrens Homes
Service Users: YPs EBD Trauma CSE CCE Neglect
Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years in a senior leadership role within childrens residential care
Employment Type: Permanent

The Home:

  • Number of Beds: A 2 bed dual occupancy home

  • Location: Billingham

  • Type of YPs: EBD Trauma Neglect CSE CCE

  • Ofsted Rating: Good (existing homes)

  • Ratio of staff to children: High support ratio for personalised care
