Job Description
Job Title: Responsible Individual Childrens Residential Services
Location: Billingham Stocktonon Tees
Salary:per annum
Working Hour: Fulltime
Service: Childrens Homes
Service Users: YPs EBD Trauma CSE CCE Neglect
Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years in a senior leadership role within childrens residential care

Number of Beds: A 2 bed dual occupancy home
Location: Billingham
Type of YPs: EBD Trauma Neglect CSE CCE
Ofsted Rating: Good (existing homes)
Ratio of staff to children: High support ratio for personalised care
