Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly organized proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team with a strong emphasis on marketing coordination and CRM management. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CRM system ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

  • Serve as the primary person responsible for keeping the CRM updated with client information leads and interactions.

  • Generate reports and analyze CRM data to support marketing and sales initiatives.

  • Handle various marketing responsibilities including but not limited to content coordination campaign support and market research.

  • Manage and schedule social media content across various platforms ensuring brand consistency and engagement.

  • Research and obtain potential leads assisting in the development of new business opportunities.

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives including calendar management travel arrangements expense reporting and meeting coordination.

  • Prepare presentations reports and other documents as needed.

  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Undertake special projects and other duties as assigned to support business operations.



Requirements

Qualification:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting US-based senior-level executives.

  • Must have knowledge and extensive experience with any CRM platform (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Zoho CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365 etc.).

  • Demonstrated experience in managing and scheduling social media content.

  • Knowledge in CRM management and Social Media is required.

  • Proven experience handling marketing responsibilities.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must have prior experience working with US-based clients demonstrating an understanding of US business practices and communication styles.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours and communicating clearly in English

  • Fluent in spoken and written English

  • Quiet home office work environment

  • A fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps with internet backup available

  • Dependable electricity with power backup available

  • At least 8-gen i3 processors 8GB RAM and Windows or MAC SSD Disc
