Now with over 450 employees we continue to deploy our own independent construction fibre splicing installation network operations and support teams. Our services are delivered to over thousands of commercial and residential service addresses using Beanfield owned facilities.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst to support and improve daytoday operations. Are you a problem solver This role requires critical thinking skills to identify solutions and work around obstacles. The position will collaborate and engage with various departments across the company. In addition this role involves improving and automating business processes to support Beanfields growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify areas for improvement
- Plan and implement key projects to enhance quality increase productivity and reduce costs in organizational processes
- Collaborate with internal teams and suggest alternatives for management and stakeholders
- Provide status reports and dashboards to management
- Continuously detect and apply operational improvements and system modifications based on business requirements
- Document and develop highcalibre business process flows requirements and design documents for new business needs
- Facilitate discussions among business leaders and crossfunctional business units to outline requirements and understand internal operations
- Support the growth of the project management team and help establish standards and methodologies
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma and postsecondary degree or diploma
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role (e.g. Business Analyst Operations Engineer Program Manager)
- Experience in the telecom industry is an asset
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset
- Experience with JIRA and/or SAP is an asset
- Minimum 2 years of experience with process analysis
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Detailoriented
- Experience with project management including stakeholder engagement and process documentation
- Critical thinking skills
- Selfstarter
- Creative thinking skills; ability to think outside the box
