Vacancy: ESTATE AGENT LISTER (Home Based Employed) Residential Estate Agency
Location: Croydon Reigate Area
Salary: OTE 50k
Position: Permanent Full Time
Croydon Reigate Area An incredible and unique opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced estate agent who would like the flexibility of working from home.
This is a role working for a smart brand with sensational marketing.
This is a perfect opportunity for an individual who has exceptional listing and instruction winning skills but who would like the flexibility of a remote employed working model and who would also like to earn a bigger share of the commission they make the company.
Experience at Branch Manager Senior Negotiator or Valuations / Listings Manager level is an essential requirement of this role and candidates will NOT be considered if they are looking for a parttime role or do not have instruction winning experience. The ideal candidate will currently live in the Croydon general area and have an excellent working knowledge of the area as well.
The perfect candidate will have previous experience in Estate Agency and as the role is working from home you must have the skills ambition and confidence to consider that you are building your own business!
This is an employed role working for a premium brand which boasts many opportunities for growth and an uncapped OTE.

Skills required for this Estate Agent Lister role will include:
- Estate agency experience at Senior Negotiator / Branch Manager level
- Experience valuing properties and winning instructions
- Specific knowledge of the Croydon Reigate
- Entrepreneurial gogetter
- Confidence in your ability to win instructions and do deals
- Full Driving License and own car essential
- A thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
