Job Title:Intern for IT Talent Development

Job Brief:The people team in one of our major IT divisions is seeking a motivated intern to assist the team in the development of a talent development programme. This internship will provide handson help in designing and implementing growth & training programs under the guidance of the divisional people responsible. You will work closely with a variety of experienced people from different departments and divisions and with the skill related communities within the division. The key objective of the initiative is to contribute to the overall improvement of people engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development of a training & talent development strategy: participation in meetings documentation
• Conduct an as is analysis on existing material from the different tribes and skill communities
• Support in identifying training and development needs based on the divisional strategy & consultation with management
• Document and rollout growth plans
• Coordinate with the communities of practice for the delivery of required training content / certifications
• Followup on delivery & rollout of specific training / growth paths ensuring a good collaboration with our change management and communication teams
• Assist in the followup of succession plans
• Prepare and present reports on talent development related topics to management

Your profile:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Psychology Human Resources or a related field
• You are fluent in English(spoken and written)
• You are a team player able to relate to colleagues with different backgrounds and nationalities
• You are attentive to the quality of your work
• You have exceptional coordination analytical listening consultative & communication skills
• You are a creative thinker & quick learner who wants to develop new skills and excel at everything what you do
• Being familiar with the principles of a Learning management system / digital learning technologies is a plus
