DATA ENTRY & MAINTENANCE
Process employee data transactions in core HCM systems by applicable deadlines including new hire processing job changes address changes data corrections and terminations.
Coordinate with payroll to ensure successful transfer of Talent data to Ceridian.
Interact professionally with employees and management to obtain missing data elements required for accurate processing
Support monthly global data quality checks and address identified discrepancies
COLLABORATION & PROBLEM SOLVING
Partner daily with Talent Systems and Talent Planning & Analytics teams to ensure seamless data flow and system integration
Collaborate with Talent Business Partners Talent Acquisition and other Talent stakeholders to resolve data-related questions and issues
Proactively identify and escalate data quality concerns or process gaps
Support ad hoc reporting requests and data validation activities
Qualifications :
Minimum 1 year of experience with data input and maintenance
Knowledge of HR Information Systems SAP HR preferred
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive matters and information
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize workload and meet processing deadlines
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite especially Excel
High standard for customer service and collaborative partnership
Additional Information :
This position is open to U.S. citizens U.S. permanent residents or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $53600 - $80400 cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
