Razorpay was founded by Shashank Kumar and Harshil Mathur in 2014. Razorpay is building a newage digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India.
The Role:
As an Associate in the Channel Partnerships Operations team youll be at the forefront of our commitment to partner success. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our partners receive the highest level of support and service enabling them to maximize their potential with our platform. . Youll be closely involved during their onboarding and postonboarding journeys assisting them as required.
What youll be doing:
- Youll be the go to person for our partners assisting them and ensuring they receive timely and effective resolutions.
- Work with multiple crossfunctional teams including but not limited to FinOps Tech Support Banking Ops BizOps Activations Engineering etc to unblock partner queries
- Work closely with Account managers whenever required to ensure the best experience is delivered to our partners.
- You should be able to understand the issue/problem statement break down the problem statement to identify root cause and liaise with crossfunctional teams to drive resolution
- You will be responsible to update various forums and channels on progress of various tickets.

Mandatory Qualifications:
- Good understanding of payment processes is preferred.
- Exposure to working in a fastpaced highpressure multiple stakeholder environment is a must.
- Good written and oral communication skills are a must.
- Ability to coordinate and manage crossfunctional and senior stakeholders both internal and external.
- Tool Knowledge of Freshdesk Salesforce and Looker is preferred
- Analytical and problem solving mindset with basic excel s
