As a Group Leader you are a part ofBEST PEOPLE you are the frontline supervisor in our organization and you lead our critical process cleaning team in a manufacturing plant. Utilizing ourBEST SYSTEMS you manage the safety quality and delivery of our task work. You work alongside our team to identify ways to perform the work safer easier and faster. You are authentic in your approach and are a skilled communicator. You deliverBEST RESULTSby embracing our team getting their contributions and delivering timely solutions for both our team and our clients!
What are the skills necessary for success

- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
What education and experience are needed for success
- At least 1 one year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment logistics environment facility maintenance/management retail supervision or food service/restaurant supervision required.
- Lean manufacturing 5S Kaizen 6Sigma or continuous improvement are desired.
- Automotive paint shop experience industrial process cleaning or janitorial supervision desired

- After a conditional offer of employment all job applicants at MacLellan Integrated Services will undergo testing for the presence of illegal .
- Applicants will be required to submit voluntarily to a urine specimen test at a laboratory chosen by the Company. Any applicant who refuses to submit to a drug test or is suspected by the lab to have tampered with the specimen will not be considered for employment.
- Prior to testing an applicant will be given the opportunity to list all prescription used and their purpose. All legal found in a drug test result will be verified by a Medical Review Officer (MRO) who will verify that prescriptions are valid and being used at the prescribed amounts and that said amounts are reflected appropriately in the urine.
- Any applicant with a confirmed positive test will be denied employment.
- All employees can be drug tested randomly upon suspicion postaccident or any other purpose allowed by law.
