The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Business Application Consulting team you lead the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions. As a Manager you are accountable for overseeing project success mentoring junior staff and leveraging team strengths to meet client expectations while maintaining the firms quality standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise teams in delivering quality solutions for clients
Mentor junior staff to build their skills and confidence
Maintain adherence to project timelines and quality standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals
Analyze operational processes to identify areas for enhancement
Manage client relationships to promote satisfaction

What You Must Have
Bachelors Degree
8 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
Masters Degree preferred
Degree in BE / B Tech / MCA/ / M.E /
Possessing advanced Salesforce certifications
Demonstrating significant technical skills in Salesforce
Leading technical architecture and design decisions
Managing complex project implementations across regions
Defining data migration strategies and security solutions
Utilizing emerging Salesforce products effectively
Collaborating with middleware platforms for integration
Addressing security complexities in solution design
