Who Are We Looking For

Superfeet is searching for a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to be responsible for overseeing the shipment of goods and materials to partners/customers as well as tasks with inbound receiving and inventory control. This includes picking packing and processing shipments accurately per order as well as inspecting verifying and documenting incoming shipments to ensure the correct items are received in good condition. The position requires strong attention to detail organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.

What Youll Do:

• Promote a safety culture; identify and report hazards and help Superfeet maintain a safe workplace
• Verify and review customer orders ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare shipping documentation such as packing slips shipping labels and customs forms
• Pack products securely to prevent damage during transportation
• Label packages with correct addresses tracking numbers and shipping instructions
• Assist in inventory control by ensuring proper stock levels and updating inventory records
• Perform periodic physical inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies
• Coordinate with carriers (e.g. FedEx UPS USPS) to arrange for timely pickup and delivery
• Select appropriate shipping methods based on cost size and delivery times
• Maintain detailed records of shipments including tracking information and delivery receipts
• File and organize all shippingrelated documents for future reference
• Handle returns exchanges and damaged goods ensuring proper procedures are followed
• Inspect items for damage and ensure they meet quality standards before shipping
• Monitor the packaging process to ensure goods are shipped in proper condition
• Accept and inspect incoming goods and materials ensuring they match purchase orders or delivery receipts

Your Skills and Abilities:

• A positive passionate customercentric attitude that demonstrates empathy and cares deeply
• Forklift experience
• Knowledge of basic shipping procedures
• Proficient in basic math
• Effective at time management and multitasking
• Attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook and OneNote)

• Strong facetoface verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent handeye coordination
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Compensation: $18 $19.50/hour DOE

Location: Ferndale WA (OnSite)
