Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Homecare Operator to manage the daily operations and growth initiatives of our multistate homecare programs. This individual will lead organizational strategy enhance service delivery optimize operational efficiency and ensure full regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has significant leadership experience within the homecare industry and thrives in a fastpaced missiondriven environment.
This is a remote position with required travel to various agency locations across the United States to support onsite operations staff development and program oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daytoday operations of multiple homecare locations across different states.
- Drive operational improvements compliance and quality initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for growth and expansion.
- Ensure adherence to federal state and local regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with clinical HR finance and marketing teams to achieve operational goals.
- Hire train and support branch administrators and other key personnel.
- Monitor financial performance set budgets and optimize resource utilization.
- Foster a culture of client satisfaction employee engagement and continuous improvement.
- Regularly travel to agency locations for oversight team development and audits.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of leadership experience within the homecare or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in the homecare sector.
- Proven track record of scaling operations and improving performance metrics.
- Excellent leadership communication and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to agency sites across the United States.
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business or a related field (Masters preferred).
Salary: $120000$180000 Bonus
Location: Remote within the USA (Travel Required)
