REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent sales communication and customer service skills required
Warm welcoming outgoing and engaging personality
Ability to build strong customer relationships
Goaloriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships retail and private training
Selfmotivated and takes initiative
Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
Must be have excellent communication skills (inperson phone email social media)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Must have proficient computer skills
Authorization to work in the United States required
Execute sales process of lead generation followup and close
Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individuals goals and needs
Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
Present available services to current or prospective members
Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills
Process accurate EFT and credit card transactions
Input inventory for retail clothing and other items
Attend and complete all relative training programs
Take pictures and videos for social media platforms
Other duties as assigned
This position offers a competitive base rate and commission paid on sales
