Responsibilities:
The Dementia Specialist is responsible for developing and growing the Dementia Program to include but not limited to marketing and local sales interviewing prospective clients scheduling RN assessments providing ongoing care navigation services for those enrolled and managing the billing process. This position also involves scheduling ongoing reassessments and supervisory visits and working collaboratively with the members of the team to help meet positive client care outcomes.
Requirements:
One year of medical/clinical experience preferred (LPN MA MSW)
Experience will sales and marketing preferred
Strong clinical skills and high level of interpersonal skills.
Certified in CPR
Excellent customer service skills and ability to deal tactfully with clients other team members and community
SelfDirecting and highly motivated with the ability to work with little direct supervision
Licensed driver with reliable transportation and auto insurance.
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: $18.00 $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
