Job Description

Crane Worldwide Logistics is a leader in supply chain solutions with over 130 locations across 30 countries providing individual services that address our clients logistics challenges.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop target list and initiate contact with potential customers through sales phone calls and cold calling.
  • Introduce the company and the companys services to potential customers and build and maintain ongoing relationships.
  • Work with customers across verticals to understand and identify their strategic vision objectives and needs while aligning our products and services.
  • Working with management to build a dynamic sales organization.
  • Great networking skills and ability to build relationships across different the functions of the organization.
  • Develop a strategic sales plan and pipeline that are aligned with the companys strategic goals and vertical strengths.

Work Experience Requirements:

  • Increases business with established and new customers over time.
  • People management skills.
  • Excellent sales experience & presentation skills.
  • Strong clientfacing skills with a consultative approach.
  • Strong entrepreneurial experience and goaldriven focus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Plans organizes and uses time efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to meet challenges with resourcefulness.
  • Strategic planning and ability to execute a sales plan.
  • Multi modal and supply chain knowledge Core vertical knowledge a plus: Oil Gas Automotive Industrial projects or Retail.
  • Ability to inspire others to share company vision and support them to reach company/individual goals.
  • Protect the culture and network.

Other Skills and Abilities:

  • Demonstrable sales experience on country or regional level.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems for opportunity assessment and sales pipeline.
  • Willingness to travel.
