Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative organized and resultsdriven Virtual Social Media Specialist to manage and grow the social media presence for multiple businesses across Instagram Facebook TikTok and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate is an expert communicator skilled content creator and strategic thinker who can represent different brand voices while consistently producing engaging content and growing audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily social media operations for multiple brands across Instagram Facebook TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Develop and implement customized social media strategies aligned with each business s goals and brand voice.
- Plan create schedule and post engaging content (graphics reels videos carousels stories etc..
- Monitor trends and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Engage with followers: respond to comments DMs and mentions promptly.
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with owners and marketing teams to plan promotions launches and campaigns.
- Create monthly content calendars for approval and organization.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns when needed (boosted posts paid ads).
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role (managing multiple accounts is a plus).
- Strong understanding of Instagram Facebook TikTok and LinkedIn best practices.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g. Later Buffer Hootsuite Canva Meta Business Suite).
- Strong graphic design skills (Canva Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools preferred).
- Ability to write creative engaging and brandappropriate captions.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills able to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media insights and metrics.
- Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Selfmotivated proactive and able to work independently.
- Reliable internet connection and techsavvy.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):
