Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Project Governance: Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle for major construction initiatives setting strategic direction governance frameworks and success criteria.
Organizational Leadership: Build mentor and lead highperforming project teams fostering collaboration across engineering construction management procurement and stakeholder groups.
Program Management & Risk Mitigation: Anticipate risks and implement robust mitigation strategies to safeguard timelines quality and financial outcomes across multiple projects.
Financial & Operational Stewardship: Take full ownership of project budgets and resource allocation ensuring financial discipline cost optimization and profitability targets are achieved.
Quality Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Champion the highest standards of quality health safety and environmental compliance through regular audits inspections and proactive initiatives.
Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between executive leadership investors clients and other major stakeholders ensuring alignment transparency and relationship management.
Strategic Reporting & Insights: Deliver detailed project performance analyses strategic recommendations and risk assessments to the CSuite and Boardlevel stakeholders.
Requirements
Academic Background: Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a closely related field; a Master s degree (MBA Construction Management) is a plus.
Professional Experience: 1215 years of extensive experience managing largescale complex construction projects with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership or directorlevel role.
Certifications: PMP PRINCE2 or similar internationally recognized project management certifications are highly preferred.
Technical Mastery: Expertise in project management systems like Primavera P6 MS Project and a strong command of construction techniques contract management and industry regulations.
Leadership Excellence: Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary teams cultivating a culture of excellence innovation and accountability across all project phases.
Strategic Thinking & Communication Skills: Superior interpersonal negotiation and problemsolving skills with the ability to influence and engage at the highest organizational levels.
