About you
We are looking for Support Workers to are reliable committed and empathetic individuals to provide quality care. Your knowledge of the disability sector is extensive. Genuine interest in helping others. Comprehends rapidly the needs of participants creative enthusiastic and emotionally stable with the following responsibilities:
- Understanding of confidentiality within the Disability Sector
- Reporting and recording relevant documentation for the NDIS standard.
- Knowledge of and awareness of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
- Understanding of Client Incident Management.
- Hoist Transfer knowledge is a must
- Enjoys cooking
- Experience in various outdoor pursuits and activities.
- A practical understanding of hygiene assistance and commitment to care.
- Enjoyment in social activities and oneonone engagement.
- Understanding of physical limitations and having a safe sensible approach
- Possess a high level of trust honesty and integrity and can maintain a professional relationship with all participants.
- Selfmotivated and a team player.
- A cando attitude and genuine interest in helping others.
- Strong communication and organizational skills able to manage your time and support clients to do the same in an everyday capacity.
- Those who have strong work ethics and enjoy being a team player.
- Commitment to providing responsive and considerate care.
- Effective communication comprehension and interpersonal skills.
- Sound and effective time management skills.
- Prioritizes punctuality and reliability.
