About the Role:
As the Team Lead/Assistant Manager College Operations (Under Graduate Programs) you
will oversee the delivery of IIDE s undergraduate programs in collaboration with esteemed
colleges in Mumbai & outside Mumbai. This role involves managing the endtoend operations
of the courses ensuring seamless coordination between IIDE partner colleges and students
while enhancing the overall student experience. You will be instrumental in maintaining high
standards of program delivery student satisfaction and operational efficiency.
What Youll Do:
Program Oversight:
Supervise the seamless delivery of undergraduate programs ensuring all operational
milestones from onboarding to course completion are achieved with excellence.
Monitor the student lifecycle focusing on engagement retention and satisfaction to
uphold IIDEs reputation for excellence.
Track and improve key metrics including CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score) and
NPS (Net Promoter Score) achieving high performance benchmarks.
College Collaboration:
Act as the key point of contact for partner colleges ensuring smooth coordination and
alignment on curriculum delivery infrastructure and certification processes.
Build strong relationships with college faculty and administration to ensure mutual goals
are met effectively.
Escalation and Issue Management:
Address and resolve escalations from students parents and college representatives
with efficiency and professionalism.
Monitor daily tasks and responsibilities of the team to ensure alignment with program
objectives.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of 5 8 professionals ensuring seamless operations and
promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
Work closely with academic teams to allocate resources effectively ensuring faculty
schedules are optimized while managing costs.
Academic Event Management:
Plan and oversee events such as orientation guest lectures workshops and graduation
ceremonies ensuring successful and alignment with program objectives.
Ensure effective coordination with college representatives for all academic and
extracurricular activities.
Process and Operational Efficiency:
Define workflows and processes to ensure streamlined program delivery and optimal
outcomes for all stakeholders.
Leverage tools such as ticketing software to manage queries improve operational
efficiency and provide quick resolutions.
DataDriven Insights:
Monitor and analyze attendance assignment submissions feedback and retention data
to identify improvement areas.
Use datadriven insights to implement strategies that enhance student success and
optimize program delivery.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with placement admissions and academic teams to ensure seamless
integration of efforts and alignment with program goals.
Support placement activities to achieve high placement rates and positive career
outcomes for students.
Career Development Assistance:
Assist students in resume building interview preparation and job search strategies.
Offer guidance to help students achieve their career aspirations.
Work with students to identify their strengths and interests.
Additional Duties:
Undertake other responsibilities as required within the scope of program management
as directed by senior leadership.
Who You Are:
MustHave:
8 years of professional experience in a studentfacing or program management role
preferably in education or edtech.
Proven leadership experience in managing teams of 58 members with a track record
of achieving collective goals.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills with a focus on driving innovative solutions.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to handle diverse teams
and partners.
Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in highpressure environments and deliver
exceptional results.
Should Have:
Understanding of NEP AICTE UGC norms.
Proficiency in using ticketing software and operational tools for efficient management
of queries and processes.
Experience in process optimization resource management and strategy implementation
to improve efficiency.
Nice to Have:
Certifications or training in education management leadership or process improvement.
Additional experience in managing academic partnerships or programs with external
stakeholders.
