Job Title: Janitorial/Custodial Maintenance
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Location: Tulsa OK
Pay: $15/hour
Shift: MondayFriday 5:00 AM 1:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Janitorial/Custodial Maintenance Worker to join our team in Tulsa OK. This role is responsible for maintaining clean safe and orderly facilities through regular cleaning basic repairs and event setup support.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize restrooms classrooms offices and common areas
Sweep mop vacuum and polish floors; clean carpets as needed
Wash windows walls and other surfaces
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
Replenish supplies such as soap paper towels and toilet paper
Perform minor repairs including plumbing electrical and carpentry tasks
Replace light bulbs unclog drains and fix leaky faucets
Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance issues
Set up and take down tables chairs and equipment for events and services
Ensure facilities are prepared cleaned and maintained before and after events
Required Skills & Experience
Previous janitorial or maintenance experience preferred
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and basic maintenance procedures
Ability to operate cleaning equipment and hand tools safely
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Physical ability to lift bend and stand for extended periods
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
