We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven ServiceNow Services Sales Executive to drive sales and revenue growth for our ServiceNow professional services offerings and actively hunt acquire and grow new business opportunities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fastpaced sales environment has a proven track record of winning new customers and possesses deep knowledge of ServiceNows platform. This role focuses on proactive prospecting deal closure and expanding our ServiceNow services footprint across enterprise and midmarket clients. It also requires a strong background in IT services sales and the ability to develop longterm relationships with enterprise clients. This role requires a strong focus on developing customers in West Europe and may involve travel as needed to meet clients and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities In This Role:
- Develop and execute a highimpact sales strategy focused on new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Have strong understanding of company services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through outbound efforts networking and partnerships.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with ServiceNow account executives partners and potential customers.
- Present compelling ServiceNow service offerings and value propositions to key decisionmakers.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting qualification proposal negotiation and closing deals.
- Identify and map business strengths and customer needs
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets through disciplined prospecting and relationshipbuilding.
- Work closely with presales delivery and marketing teams to create and deliver tailored service solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow developments and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Follow industry trends locally and internationally
- Actively develop and expand customer relationships in West Europe.
- Travel as required to engage with clients attend industry events and support business development efforts.
What You Need To Be Successful:
- 5 years of experience in IT services or enterprise software sales or consulting with focus on new business acquisition.
- Good understanding of ServiceNows capabilities modules and competitive advantages is a strong advantage.
- Experience with any IT Service Management Solutions (like HP/Microfocus/OpenText BMC Remedy CA or similar) is an advantage.
- Ability to engage influence and close deals with Clevel executives and decisionmakers.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and sales methodologies (e.g. Solution Selling).
- Strong overall knowledge of Information Technology architectures and multitier applications.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with clients.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently.
