Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture MD CFO treasury head level relationships with NBFC/MFIs/SFBs and help them raise debt capital by securing mandates.

2. Deal Coordination: Collaborate with various departments within borrowers (NBFC/MFIs/SFB) and lenders/funds to ensure seamless processing of deals through closure.

3. Content Creation: Develop pitch books marketing materials debt profiles credit memos and sector/regulatory briefs for client (borrower) meetings.


Qualifications :

Qualifications Experience Location & Skills Required:

Qualification:

MBA from a leading business school / Qualified Chartered Accountant. Experience: Preferably 2 to 3 years in rating agencies/trusteeship/NBFC Treasury / loan syndication debt fundraising with a strong network across financial institutions. Experience in investment banking or commercial banking with existing NBFCs/MFIs/SFB relationships is preferred.

Skills:

1. Strong grasp of financial instruments such as Term Loans NCD Sub Debt Securitization etc.

2. A working understanding of Indian debt market and existing CXO relationships in NBFCs/MFIs/SFBs.

3. Detailoriented with a problemsolving attitude.

4. Comfortable with frequent travel 35 days per month) across various locations in India.

5. Proficient in financial analysis modelling and MS Office tools.

6. Excellent knowledge of Indian and Offshore Debt markets.

7. Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

8. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for creating value.

9. Ability to persuade lead and handle objections confidently.

10. Proactive in identifying new business opportunities.

11. Strong work ethic selfmotivated and capable of working independently under pressure.
