We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Customer Support Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting with various inquiries ensuring a positive experience for all our clients. You will work closely with our support team to resolve issues manage communication and maintain client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
Provide accurate product information and troubleshooting support
Process orders returns and exchanges efficiently
Maintain uptodate knowledge of our products and services
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments
Ensure timely and effective communication with customers
Support the customer service team in administrative tasks
Document customer interactions and feedback
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree or higher preferred
Prior customer service experience is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problemsolving abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
