Job Description
Your Impact:
- Prepare budgets forecasts and financial plans offering insightful advice to guide decisionmaking across all departments.
- Partner with department heads to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
- Lead a Finance team (payroll accounts cashiering and gaming) with a focus on mentoring and development.
- Champion financial systems improvements while maintaining strong internal efficency and controls.
- Ensure compliance with Company Hotel and legislative standards at all times.
- Prepare and review financial reports with a high level of accuracy for the General Manager Company and Owners.
- Liaise confidently with banks auditors suppliers and owners.
Qualifications :
What You Will Bring To The Role:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- 3 years finance experience with leadership exposure.
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel (experience with Sun Opera Cloud HumanForce WageEasy PurchasePlus and Micros Simphony is highly regarded).
- A collaborative leader with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
- Hospitality or hotel industry experience highly regarded.
