We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our sales team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Qatar. As a Sales Coordinator you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team coordinating group arrangements and ensuring smooth communication between clients and various departments.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel features services and operations
- Handle incoming inquiries professionally and efficiently using proper telephone etiquette
- Coordinate all group arrangements and facilitate program planning with clients
- Communicate group needs and specifications to relevant departments
- Maintain accurate client records and profiles
- Organize and conduct regular client visits according to predetermined plans
- Prepare monthly schedules and reports detailing sales activities and customer call analyses
- Monitor and report on competitor activities including pricing and services offered
- Assist in identifying prospective customers through analysis of historical and statistical information
- Support the sales team in various administrative tasks and special projects as needed
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless of sales initiatives
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Customeroriented mindset with a focus on building and maintaining relationships
- Analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced goaloriented environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Fluency in English;
