About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Presentation Specialist with 79 years of proven experience in creating professional highimpact and visually compelling presentations. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams business leaders and design teams to transform complex ideas into clear powerful presentations that align with our brand and storytelling goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and create visually compelling and professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences.
Translate complex data and ideas into clear visually engaging slides infographics and storylines.
Work with content owners to structure presentations maintaining narrative flow consistency and visual hierarchy.
Enhance and polish existing presentations applying best practices in design layout typography and visual communication.
Develop custom templates icons and graphic elements to elevate the presentation quality.
Collaborate with marketing leadership design and sales teams to meet deadlines and deliver highquality outputs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and adherence to timelines.
Uphold brand guidelines while bringing creative and strategic thinking to presentation design.
Support video and multimedia integration into presentations when required.
Qualifications:
79 years of handson experience creating advanced PowerPoint presentations in a corporate or agency environment.
Strong design sense with a portfolio showcasing storytelling visual design and data visualization in PowerPoint.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint Word Excel and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator).
Excellent understanding of visual storytelling typography color theory and layout principles.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
Strong time management skills with the ability to handle tight deadlines.
Experience in designing presentations for leadership meetings business pitches webinars training decks and highprofile events.
Knowledge of video motion graphics and multimedia presentations is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for webbased presentations (optional but a plus).
Experience with other presentation tools like Google Slides Keynote or Prezi.
Ability to create interactive or animated presentations.
Familiarity with branding marketing and corporate communication standards.
