Job Description
The Public Cloud team is looking for a Senior Azure Cloud Engineer to strengthen cloud governance optimize operations and support internal teams in transforming their applications.
As a Cloud Engineer you will play a key role in:
- Enforcing governance rules across Azure and AWS environments
- Supporting internal teams through ticket handling incident management and technical proposals
- Continuously improving DevOps and cloud processes.
Responsibilities
- Deploy configure and scale cloud infrastructures on Azure and AWS.
- Support internal teams by addressing their cloud project needs.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of cloud systems.
- Apply security and compliance best practices across all environments.
- Manage and resolve incidents reported by internal users.
- Write clear and maintainable technical documentation.
- Participate in technology watch activities on cloud and DevOps tools.
Qualifications :
Relevant Experience
- Significant experience in a similar role primarily in Azure environments (AWS experience would be a plus).
- Knowledge of deployment automation and CI/CD tools ideally GitLab.
- Experience managing production environments and incident resolution.
- Ability to simplify and explain technical issues to nontechnical audiences.
Key Skills
- Strong command of Git and version control tools.
- Scripting skills with PowerShell and/or Python.
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Knowledge of cloud security and compliance principles.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Docker Kubernetes or other cloudnative technologies.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus Grafana or the ELK stack.
