Job Title:Technical Project Manager AIPowered Translation System

Location:Remote but based in Poland (Speaks Polish)

Job Type:Fulltime contract for 6 months with possibility to extend it.

About the Role:We are looking for an experiencedTechnical Project Managerto oversee the implementation deployment and maintenance of acustom AIdriven translation systemfor a major corporate client. This role requires someone with strong project management skills a technical background in software development and integration and an ability to navigate complex contractual obligations while ensuring smooth across multiple stakeholders.

The project involves developing a translation system using bothofftheshelf software and custombuilt components ensuringscalability compliance with Polish data security laws and seamless integrationwith the clients existing IT infrastructure. The system will be hosted in adedicated remote server room requiring close collaboration with client IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & :

• Lead and oversee the endtoend development implementation and maintenance of the AIdriven translation system.
• Ensure compliance with thetwo governing contracts (Implementation Contract & Maintenance Contract) including managing analysis construction testing deployment and stabilization phases.
• Define and trackmilestones deliverables and timelines ensuring alignment with contractual obligations.
• Act as the primary liaison betweeninternal teams software supplier and our customerto ensure clear expectations and seamless coordination.
• Anticipate risks and proactively resolve issues particularly regardingchange management stabilization delivery timelines and infrastructure dependencies.

Stakeholder & Contract Management:

• Ensure allcontractual requirements are metregarding analysis documentation system testing golive coordination and postlaunch stabilization.
• Monitorchange requests and deviations ensuring they are welldocumented communicated and approved as per contract terms.
• Establish escalation paths forrequirement disputesand ensure proper internal alignment (e.g. liaising with sales teams when necessary).
• Maintain strictcompliance with subcontractor management protocols including suppliers involvement in development and maintenance.

Technical Oversight:

• Work closely with engineering teams to ensureseamless integration of offtheshelf and custombuilt translation components.
• Oversee infrastructure setup in the customersremote server room ensuring integration into their network.
• Define and enforce quality standards ensuring the system meetsfunctional and nonfunctional requirements.
• Ensure arobust prelaunch testingprocess to mitigate golive risks and minimize postlaunch disruptions.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Ensure timely delivery of all requireddocumentation (analysis reports SLA reports system modifications training materials etc..
• Maintain clear records ofcustomer dependencies and delays ensuring accountability and transparent communication.
• Provideregular updatesto senior management and key stakeholders.

Training & Support:

• Overseeuser training sessionsand ensure the clients teams are wellequipped to use and maintain the system.
• Ensure smoothknowledge transferto the clients IT team and endusers.

Key Qualifications:

Experience in NLP or Machine Learning and Training

Experience working withthirdparty software vendors particularly in AI/translationrelated technologies and SLAs.

3 years of experienceintechnical project management particularly inAI NLP or software integration projects.

Proven track record ofmanaging enterprise IT projectswith multiple stakeholders and contractual constraints.

Strong understanding ofsoftware development lifecycle (SDLC)cloudbased deployment andmachine learning (ML) implementation.

Knowledge ofdata security and compliance requirements preferably within Polish/European regulations.

Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Ability toanticipate risks troubleshoot issues and drive structured problemsolving approaches.

Experience managingremote IT infrastructure deployments and system integrationsis a plus.

Familiarity withautomated translation technologies(MT TM) or similar platforms is a strong advantage.

Polish native speaker writing business English.

Familiar with project management tools like MS Project.
