This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity to reimagine how food services are delivered across our hospital network enhancing patient experience operational efficiency and nutritional outcomes. Youll work closely with hospitality operational and project teams to explore and implement new food service models driving improvements that truly make a difference. Reporting to the Group Director Projects and Change with a matrix report to the Group Director of Support Services youll be at the forefront of modernising service delivery in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Were looking for a strategic and hands-on project leader with at least five years experience in service delivery ideally within hospitality or healthcare. Youll bring strong project planning financial management and stakeholder engagement skills along with a passion for innovation and excellence.
This is an exciting 12 month fixed term (Full Time) opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead innovative change in hospital food services. The role focuses on exploring and implementing new food delivery models that enhance patient experience operational efficiency and nutritional outcomes. Working closely with project operational and hospitality teams the Project Manager will drive initiatives that modernize how food is prepared delivered and enjoyed. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment and is passionate about improving service delivery through creative practical solutions.
