We are looking for a resultsdriven Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead our IT Staff Augmentation services. In this role you will be responsible for identifying pitching and closing staffing deals with clients needing temporary or projectbased tech talent. This is a highimpact role where you will:
Hunt new business opportunities in IT staffing and workforce solutions.
Build longterm client relationships with enterprises startups and MSPs.
Drive revenue growth by positioning our skilled professionals in cloud DevOps and infrastructure roles.
Prospect and engage with CTOs Engineering Heads HR and IT decisionmakers to understand their staffing needs.
Generate leads through cold outreach LinkedIn referrals and industry events.
Conduct consultative sales pitches demonstrating how our staff augmentation services solve client pain points.
Work closely with marketing teams to generate MQLs and devise strategies to attract prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts pricing and terms for staffing engagements.
Work closely with internal recruitment/operations teams to align available talent with client requirements.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for deployed professionals.
Maintain a pipeline of prevetted candidates for quick placements.
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Develop repeat business strategies to maximize client retention.
Explore partnerships with MSPs VMS providers and global hiring platforms.
Stay updated on industry trends salary benchmarks and emerging tech roles.
Analyze competitor offerings and refine our staffing value proposition.
3 years in IT staffing staff augmentation or tech sales (experience in cloud/DevOps hiring is preferred).
Proven track record of hunting new clients and closing staffing deals.
Strong network with IT hiring managers HR teams and tech leaders.
Excellent negotiation presentation and persuasion skills.
Understanding of cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) DevOps and IT infrastructure roles.
Selfmotivated targetdriven and comfortable working in a fastpaced sales environment.
Good communication written and negotiation skills
Experience selling offshore/nearshore staffing solutions.
Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and MSP partnerships.
MBA or relevant certifications in sales/business development.
