Training and Experience:
Summary
The school principal serves as the educational leader responsible for managing the policies regulations and procedures to ensure that all scholars are supervised in a safe learning environment that meets the approved curricula and mission of the school. Achieving academic excellence requires that the school principal work collaboratively to direct and nurture all school staff members and communicate effectively with parents. Inherent in the position are the responsibilities for scheduling curriculum development extracurricular activities personnel management emergency procedures and facility operations.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to speak clearly in a wellmodulated voice with good diction. Ability to read write and interpret the English language in various forms. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add subtract multiply and divide into all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate ratio and percent and draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written and oral instructions. Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a wide variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
