The HR Business Partner is responsible for guiding professionals and management through matters of employee relations employment law company policies and procedures and performance management to align the organizations people strategy with its business goals. This role works in partnership with crossfunctional teams to provide a professional level of support as a member of the HR department.
You will be required to work in the office 34x/week.
