Experience in a healthcare or payer environment specifically with knowledge of revenue cycle or risk adjustment.
Identify gaps in risk adjustment analysis by evaluating existing payers plans and methodologies.
Developing and maintaining alternative submission methodologies: Recapture missed coding opportunities and improve data accuracy.
Collaborating with stakeholders: Work with medical directors and clinical staff to provide coding education and support Risk Adjustment initiatives.
Analyzing data and identifying trends: Identify trends and insights to inform business decisions related to risk adjustment.
