Job Description
Role: ServiceNow Business Analyst
Rates: Up to $60.00 p/h INC.
Contract: 6 months to start 1 day per week in office (Toronto ON).

We have a great new opportunity to support one of our Banking clients in a contract capacity!

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1. Proven experience (5 years) as a Business Systems Analyst Product Owner or similar role in an Agile/Lean or hybrid environment collaborating in all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
2. 3 years of hands-on technical working experience on ServiceNow platform including IT
3. 3 years of Experience with business process modeling requirements documentation and system design.
Nice-To-Have Skills:
In-depth knowledge of ITIL foundation and IT Service Management
Experience with system integration and data analysis is a plus.
Previous experience with IAM/PAM is preferred
Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. (Config ServiceNow WF.)
Project Management knowledge to work with large & complex project teams.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban) and Lean methodologies.
