Key Responsibilities
- Execute all adventure guide duties ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
- Oversee daily operations including staffing rotations and guest checkins.
- Submit daily reports to communicate vital information effectively.
- Monitor guest bookings and adjust staffing schedules based on demand.
Health & Safety
- Maintain Go Apes rescue training standards and perform risk assessments.
- Support site management with highlevel inspections and audits.
- Assist with new hire training and ensure staff competencies.
- Submit accident and incident reports to relevant departments.
