Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Client Engagement Delivery
Working directly with our clients to support engagement delivery from project scoping to conclusion while consistently keeping the clients goals in mind.
Demonstrating ownership through the delivery of specific workstreams on projects supported by high quality work and client service.
Implementing curated HR strategies for varied business transformations based on (but not limiting to) the below skill sets:
HR Strategy
HR Organization Design
HR Function Effectiveness and Design
Job Architecture
HR Process Design
HR Technology Roadmap and Mobilization
Workforce Planning
People Analytics and Insights
Integrated Talent Management
Designing talent strategies for the client that promote diversity equity and inclusion and enhances employee engagement at the workplace.
Driving client engagements using analytics to drive insights and designing end to end Talent and Learning Transformation programs.
Ability to work seamlessly with integrated teams and building collaborative relationships with the team.
Communicating complex information effectively in written and verbal formats to various situations and audiences.
Learning from mistakes and asking for help when needed.

Keep up to date with developments in all fields of Human Resources.
Contribute to pursuit teams and proposal development including innovative approaches and methodologies.

Educational Background and Experience
MBA or masters degree in HR Organizational Development Sociology Organizational Psychology or related fields of study (preferably from premier BSchools)
Experience in Consulting (preferred experience in HR Strategy HR Operating Model HR Processes HR Benchmarking Talent Management Change Management or related fields)
