The Relationship Manager I will be a key member of a Payments Operations team working alongside underwriting risk and product teams to execute and support our global payments strategy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works closely with Partner Relations to facilitate and foster new relationships perform training provide materials and assist with submissions
- Develops and nurtures internal and external relationships
- Responds quickly with accurate information or followup expectations
- Proactively understands needs and concerns of merchants and agents
- Lives our vision and deepens relationships by championing accounts and relationships through the onboarding process
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency using CRM software
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work crossfunctionally with internal operations
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolutions skills
- Financial aptitude to understand and explain product/services features and pricing
- Customercentric mindset proactive and ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- 25 years of experience in customer service account management or customer relationship management
- Experience with Fiserv and/or TSYS
- Experience managing and growing client relationships
- Experience working in crossfunctional teams
- Experience in the payments industry a plus!
SALARY:
- This role includes quarterly profitsharing bonuses as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical dental retirement planning and/or other benefits.
- Base salary range: $50000 $60000
- Salary including quarterly profitsharing bonus and comprehensive benefits program range (annualized): $67125 $79125
