An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced MES Supervisor to join a forwardthinking team thats transforming manufacturing systems through smart technology. This is a chance to play a key leadership role within a core development group overseeing the creation and continuous improvement of a Manufacturing System (MES) framework.
The successful candidate will bring a solid technical background and a passion for driving highperforming teams. Theyll be working with the latest Microsoft technologies helping to shape the future of smart manufacturing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of MES Developers through the full software development lifecycle
- Overseeing system integration and interface development
- Guiding and supporting the evolution of the MES framework
- Fostering innovation and a collaborative team culture
- Managing performance talent development and employee relations
- Reporting to senior leadership with clarity and impact
Ideal candidates will have:
- A strong academic foundation in Information Technology Computer Science or similar (BSc/ level)
- 810 years of experience as a Software Developer IT Team Leader or MES Lead Engineer (preferably in manufacturing)
- Proven experience in team leadership development lifecycle management and system integration
- A strategic mindset with excellent coaching communication and innovation skills
