Job Description

Job Overview:

As a District Sales and Operations Manager you are dedicated to driving both sales and operations with integrity. You are someone who thrives in a fastpaced highenergy environment and brings a blend of industry expertise and a passion for people. As a District Sales and Operations Manager you will deliver results while fostering the positive engaging culture that makes our company an exceptional to work.


Key Responsibilities:

As the District Sales and Operations Manager youll be responsible for overseeing the sales and operations of up to 12 retail locations within your district. Youll establish clear responsibilities and processes for your team to standardize operations and measure results. Youll ensure compliance with United Wireless policies procedures and standards while driving your team to achieve goals despite any obstacles. Through coaching and development youll create a positive open environment for both employees and customers focusing on recognition performance management and team building. Youll manage all aspects of people responsibilities including recruitment retention development and accountability while addressing district challenges from multiple perspectives. Additionally youll analyze profit and loss to identify opportunities and performance gaps build relationships with key partners to support market success and model high standards of integrity to foster a district culture aligned with United Wireless core values. Other duties may be assigned as needed.


Requirements:

Applicants must be at least 18 years old authorized to work in the United States and have a high school diploma GED or equivalent. Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule are required to meet the needs of the role. Candidates should have 25 years of management experience in a highvolume environment including supervising associates. Additionally 25 years of sales and sales management experience is required. The position also requires the ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
