Job Description

As an ElectroMechanical Technician 3 you will play a crucial role in a team that strives for flawless and toptier service. The ElectroMechanical Technician Level 3 is responsible for the daytoday troubleshooting and preventative/predictive maintenance on conveyance equipment. Acts as a senior material handling technician on all equipment installed at the Northlake TX site location. Aids and mentors lowerlevel employees. Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required. This position is for 2nd shift Sunday Thursday 3 pm 11:30 pm.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $28 to $33.30 an hour at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location education experience knowledge and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
What You Will Do in This Role
- Repair and maintain MHE including belt tracking component adjustment/replacement and lubrication.
- Complete preventative maintenance routines documentation and procedures to ensure equipment reliability.
- Use electrical test equipment to troubleshoot and resolve electrical circuitry issues.
- Build and close work orders in our asset management system detailing labor hours maintenance activities and parts used.
- Troubleshoot and resolve conveyance problems efficiently.
- Locate and manage spare parts inventory to prevent downtime.
- Perform sophisticated maintenance and equipment testing to ensure they meet strict specifications.
- Aid in training customers to operate equipment seamlessly.
- Respond promptly to service calls addressing equipment failures and faults.
- Identify and resolve problems as they arise ensuring continuous operation.
What We Are Looking For
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required. An associates degree or vocational technical training is preferred. Niche skill training/certification is a plus.
- Seniorlevel knowledge with 57 years of experience in a technical or specialty area.
- Proven experience in the area of responsibility and a successful demonstration of the key tasks listed above.
- Outstanding customerfacing skills with the ability to maintain professional communications through various channels.
- Experience leading projects teams and advising on daytoday operations and tasks for the onsite maintenance team.
- Physical ability to lift and move material up to 50 pounds regularly bend lift stretch and reach.
- Capability to occasionally push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to climb ladders and gangways safely and without limitation.
- Adaptability to work in various conditions including small spaces dust fumes/odors temperature extremes noise vibration and standing on concrete for long periods.
