Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Management: Oversee nursing operations ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Resident Care: Champion residentcentered care collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Staff Development: Mentor and train nursing staff promoting professional growth and ensuring high standards of care.
  • Quality Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance care quality safety and resident satisfaction utilizing datadriven strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with residents families and the local community advocating for their needs and preferences.

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in Oklahoma.
  • Preferred minimum of 3 years of nursing experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role within longterm care.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in longterm nursing care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
