UROGYNECOLOGIST FPMRS The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology Division of Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery FPMRS at University of Utah Health is looking to fill two faculty positions. One is for a fulltime Assistant Professor (juniorlevel) faculty member and another for a fulltime Associate Professor (seniorlevel) faculty member. Referral area is the 7state Intermountain West and job location will include University of Utah 656bed hospital and multidisciplinary clinics in the Salt Lake City area. Other current division members include Ingrid Nygaard MD; Peggy Norton MD; Jolyn Hill MD; RaNae Gonzales DNP ; and Sara Lenherr MD (Urology). Associate Professor (seniorlevel): qualifications for this faculty position include a minimum of ten years of experience in an education or clinicalsetting subspecialty Board Certifications by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and in FPMRS and completion of a Board approved FPMRS fellowship. Must possess demonstrated clinical and surgical ability in pelvic floor disorders in addition to interest in teaching research and patient care. Academic rank is commensurate with experience. Applicant may be a current FPMRS fellow or may have recently completed a FPMRS fellowship.
