Our Allina Health Womens Urogynecology team offers evidence-based treatments customized for patients specific care needs including surgical care for complex pelvic floor disorders and gynecological conditions. We have cutting-edge diagnostic tools access to surgical robot and leading treatments with minimally invasive surgery.Key Position Details:

Principle Responsibilities:
Provides direct care for urogynecology patients diagnosing and treating conditions related to the pelvic floor which includes the bladder rectum and reproductive organs.
Provides education consultation or intervention to patients (treatment plan) and their families and works collaboratively with patients to improve their health and well-being.
Practices in a thoughtful manner including consideration for cultural diversity individual autonomy and legal responsibilities while actively participating in a multidisciplinary team approach to case management.
Job Requirements
MD DO or foreign equivalency training
BE/BC with ABMS or AOA Fellowship training program in Urogynecology
Accredited Residency training program in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Active non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain)
Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI)
Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges if applicable
ACLS/BLS Tier 3 - within 180 days of hire
Pay Range
Pay Range: $423300 to $442700 per yearThe pay described reflects the starting base pay range assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to your experience education and the union agreement (if applicable).Benefit Summary
