A Glimpse of the job:
Facilities Operations Specialist under general supervision coordinates and monitors routine preventative and planned facility maintenance including mechanical and electrical operations HVAC custodial and landscaping to ensure each building is a comfortable and safe facility for faculty staff students and guests. The facilities operations specialist will serve as the onsite project liaison as you would provide meaningful communication training and development and education to our end users.

What You Need To Know
Salary: Starting salary is $71250. Compensation will be commensurate to selected hires experience.

This position is located in Dallas TX. Remote/Work from alternate location is not available at this time. Candidate must be available for oncall duties as needed.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in applicable field such as Facility Management Construction Management Architecture Project Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Four years of related experience in facility management project management and quality assurance.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiar knowledge with facility/construction management software including AggieWorks Insight AiM eBuilder and Desigo.
Familiar knowledge with TAMU facility/ construction management and design protocols.
Experience working in medical teaching facility or hospital.
