Job Description
As part of the Commercial team assist the PD Sales Manager with the complete order of the PD customers.
Key Deliverables:
- Attend progress/ kick off meetings and prepare a monthly sales plan.
- Ensure all Documentations are completed as per customer requirements and obtain approval of documents from the customer.
- Act as a coordinator between the client and the internal team during
- delivery and order .
- You will be responsible to coordinate with the client inspection team to cooperate on product inspection.
- Obtain clearance from the customer to dispatch the product.
- Prepare and submit invoices to the customers.
- Ensure reports are sent to the finance department after the completion of the collection.
- Prepare project report after project completion and get approval from
- the customer.
- Ensure progress updates are given to client.
- You will be responsible to review the Manufacturing completion Program (MCP) every month.
- Ensure the payment target are achieved every month.
Job Profile:
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Excellent computer skills.
- Client relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Time management.
Experience:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in project and sales coordination role.
Business Understanding:
- Knowledge of manufacturing industry.
