Air Liquide Engineering & Construction builds the Groups production units (mainly air gas separation and hydrogen production units) and provides external customers with efficient sustainable customized technology and process solutions. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
Within the framework of a project and on site you will be in charge in compliance with Air Liquides safety and quality rules and following the priorities and deadlines set by the commissioning manager or the project manager you will:
Ensure safety at site in collaboration with the HSE manager and the site manager
Supervise and/or perform the precommissioning and commissioning activities (P&ID checks blowings flushing bump tests loop checks logic checks inspections startup tuning performance test
Development of a consistent concept for the of the pre/commissioning work on the basis of contractual documents and specifications including the latest version of the project schedule
Planning of the mobilization of pre/commissioning staff and vendor representatives in liaison with the Site Manager
Preparation and implementation of project specific working instructions and pre/commissioning procedures
Planning guiding and monitoring of pre/commissioning activities with emphasis on safety quality and schedule
Ensuring that the daytoday works are in compliance with the respective procedures standards specifications
Conducting regular pre/commissioning meetings with the team identifying problems/ deviations
Reporting of any particular event and/or risk identified which substantially affects HSE process quality personnel client relations deadlines cost and claims. for evaluation and initiation of necessary corrective measures.
Are you a MATCH
Bachelors degree in Science or Engineering (Process Chemistry)
Willingness to travel (The majority of the time to our construction sites located in different parts of the world)
Chemical and physical process understanding
Proactive resultsdriven with a collaborative approach
Forwardthinking able to provide solutions and make decisions
Good communication skills across all levels
Min. 5 years of professional experience
Knowledge of commissioning management tools and procedures
Safety Management during commissioning
An excellent understanding of Design Engineering Construction and Handover.
Candidate must already be legally eligible to work in Poland
