Reporting to the King County Talent Acquisition Manager this role will be a key member of the Talent Acquisition team and will accomplish outcomes through effective collaboration with others. They will lead efforts to identify and standardize best practices develop and deliver training to support standard work and make quality improvements to ensure excellence in the delivery of recruitment services.
The successful candidate will be a skilled leader with deep experience performing and overseeing the delivery of talent solutions. They will understand how to leverage training and data to advance our organizational recruitment objectives. This individual will thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and lead with empathy and integrity.
