We are seeking a Team Member EXCITED to Learn to be a Jersey Mikes Manager.

Pay: $38K to $43K per year.

- How to Make the Best Subs on the Planet
- Jersey Mikes Operations including but not limited to:
- Slicing/Grilling
- Opening/Closing
- Inventory/Food Cost Management
- Scheduling/Labor Cost Management
- Opening/Closing Store
Must be...
- Fast Learner with Energy
- An Outgoing Winner that is Coachable
- Able to manage all shifts as needed (Opening Lunch Close)
- Able to take accountability
- Neat and Clean with wellkept Hygiene
- Able to Manage and Direct Team with honest conversations when needed
- Able to teach and train consistently and repeatedly
- Able to Move with a Sense of Urgency at all Times
Must have...
- Toughness with the ability to learn from mistakes
- OPEN AVAILABILITY (Monday through Sunday 7AM to 10 PM)
- Valid Drivers License
- Reliable Transportation
